BE is housed within one of the four original Enoch Pratt Library neighborhood branches
(1886-1971). Located at 1401 Light Street Baltimore, MD 21230. As we move into our new
home, we would like to thank Jason Hughes and Franciska Farkas who curated the space,
under the auspice of The Library. We are expanding upon their vision for this building with
its' victorian architecture and amazing potential. We hope our new arts and events venue
will be a place where art, ideas, and community work in concert and we
look forward to sharing it with you!
